At Brovell our quality products are mostly print on demand.  Printing and/or embroidering will take 1 to 2 weeks from the time of order, followed by shipping. Your purchases may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, but don’t worry, your purchase will soon be on its way. More details below.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brovell is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How long will it take to get my order?

Brovell is mostly a print on demand business. Our designs are specially printed or embroidered on the requested items as we receive your order.

We are a global business with suppliers around the world. Our suppliers ship directly to our customers. 

Fulfillment and shipping times will vary depending the country of our supplier and the country of our customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after shipping for the tracking information to become available.

Tracking numbers may not be available for international shipping.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@brovell.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
